The hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions such as Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, and Museum Angkut. It offers a great opportunity to explore these attractions without traveling far. the hotel provides a water dispenser outside the room, ensuring easy access to drinking water.
The maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with filthy rooms and bathrooms covered in mould.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the swimming pool was sparkling clean and perfect for swimming. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. the Christmas buffet dinner was tasty with an amazing variety of food. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby tourist attractions.
The room could use some updating, and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. the breakfast could have been better, with more options and higher quality food.
